I got to scrap last night.....ahhh, peace and quiet, all locked away in my little scrap room amongst my paper and stash!! I started and finished this page.
Relaxing with Dad, i have used Kaisercrafts yummy seaside range, and don't you like the way the stripey paper matches the hammock fabric...LOL....i didn't even notice until i was about to start sticking!!! And for the flowers i stamped text image onto kaiser flowers, scrunched and braded them to another flower....see the close-up below:
Then Grandpa's tractor page, is my example of the sketch over at
escape2create this month. I have used a mixture of Jillibean Soup paper
(red), October Afternoon
(newsprint) and Making memories papers
(black dot), and some new American Crafts thickers! What did we ever do before AC thickers??!! - arn't they just sooo yummy!
Well, hope you having a nice weekend....and loving this burst of summer again!!
Thinking of people all across the world today, especially in Japan and across the Pacific regions, while they wait to see how the tsnaumi unfolds....mother nature at work again...
Thanks for popping by,
xx Sue
